On the TCP - MUNI
This is the place where you can provide input and take part in the development of municipal technical documentation and achieve direct access to relevant forms and reports. The Ministry uses the portal to publicly show technical documents currently under development or undergoing revision and provide an opportunity for comments and suggestions. Additionally, the TCP -MUNI provides various communications and information related to the harmonization of municipal road construction standards.
We consult with you on the portal by:
posting new or revised technical documents that may be of interest to your municipality or neighbouring municipality
providing you the ability to comment on the documents
informing you about where to find the final documents and how to populate information

Ontario Provincial Standards and drawings
Technical policies and design guidance
Exemption requests
Annual reporting

What’s not on the portal?
This site does not include:
Information related to provincial standards (OPS.PROV) or finished and completed standards, specifications and policies. These may be found at:
